2010

Ah what a year 2010 was, it was full of me getting in trouble, making some new friends and creating a bunch of memories. In the beginning of the year, you could say that I was a bad kid. I did a lot of things to make it hard for my parents to trust me and there was more than one occasion where I was grounded for over a month. By the time that February had rolled around, I was starting to become a little bit better about things and stopped giving my parents reasons to stop trusting me. Before, I wasn’t very trustworthy, and I made a lot of poor choices but eventually I earned my parents trust back. Some of the highlights of the 2010 school year consist of: beating Lackawanna in basketball, junior prom, and finishing up my junior year. Now summer, was a whole different story. During the summer, I was hardly ever home and spent a lot of money. I was always with my friends and was always going out to eat. I also spent a lot of my time working on stuff for the upcoming football season and to make myself better. During June and August I also played in the Gus Macker 3 on 3 basketball tournament in Buffalo, New York and also traveled to Cleveland, Ohio to play. 2010, not only marked the end of my junior year but the start of my senior year. My senior year has started off great with a division and section championship in football and also a trip to all-high stadium for the regional championship. That alone is a memory that will always be in my memory bank. Right after football, I got into the basketball season and although it has not gone the way I wish, I am still happy with the progress we have made as a team. I just hope 2011 can turn out to be what I have hyped it up to me.
